WHAT I DO

I design websites, apps and bespoke tools for creatives, professionals and businesses.

I take projects from idea to launch: organising content, designing interfaces and developing functionality. To present your work, deliver a service or simplify a process.

Let’s discuss your project

Designed for the people who use them.

We begin with a practical question: what should someone be able to do with your website or software? That guides the content, journeys and functionality.

I bring together project management, design and development. You work with one person who connects identity, experience and technical delivery.

Before we start, we define priorities, materials and deliverables. Work progresses in stages, with time for review and shared decisions.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions that matter.

Practical information to help you decide how we could work together.

I have an idea, but no brief. Can we start?

Yes. Tell me what you do, who you serve and what you want to create or improve. A link to your current website or an example workflow helps. We use the first conversation to clarify the problem, priorities and available materials.

How is the project priced?

The proposal follows the work required: content structure, design, development, editing needs and integrations. Before starting, we define scope, materials, stages, deliverables and investment. A first version can be considered separately from later additions.

How is the timeline agreed?

We define stages and review points after clarifying the scope. Materials and approvals also affect the schedule. Include any important deadline in your enquiry so we can assess feasibility and priorities.

Do I need to have text and images ready?

Not necessarily. We review what you can provide and what needs to be created or reorganised. Copy, photography and visual direction can be included as explicit activities and deliverables.

Can I update my website without editing code?

We can plan for this. We first define the content you need to manage, then choose or design the panel and agree on the instructions needed at handover. Updating content and adding new features are different requirements.

Can you improve an existing website or tool?

We begin by assessing its structure, technology, access and constraints. Send the link and describe what is not working for you. That helps determine what can stay and what needs changing.

Do I need business software or just one tool?

Business software connects several types of information, people and stages. A dedicated tool addresses one task, such as collecting materials, approving proposals or delivering files. File Transfer is an example of the latter.

What happens at launch and afterwards?

We agree on launch, handover, access and management instructions. Ongoing maintenance, support and new features are described in the proposal when included, so you can see what is covered and how to plan future work.

THE NEXT STEP

Tell me
where you are starting.

A website to present your work. An app to build. A simpler workflow.

Tell me what you want to build or which task you want to simplify. Our first conversation helps clarify goals, priorities and the information needed for a proposal.
