Briefing and Planning
Every corporate shoot starts by listening. Before I take a single photo, I spend time getting to know your business: what sector you're in, the values that drive the company, who your audience is and exactly what you want the images to achieve.
This first briefing can happen at your offices or over a video call. We also cover the more practical but equally important details: the mood and photographic style you're after, any visual references that inspire you, potential sticking points, and any time or logistical constraints.
The detailed planning that follows is key to getting the most out of the time and the results. We agree on every practical aspect together: the best location (your office, my studio, an outside venue), the timing that keeps disruption to your work at a minimum, who's being photographed and in what order, the right dress code, and the atmosphere we want to create.
For more complex corporate reportage, I build a proper shooting plan with a detailed timeline: which departments to photograph, in what order, which specific moments to catch, which details to highlight. This careful preparation means we work efficiently on the day, with no surprises and no wasted time.
