Fuorisalone coverage moves between showrooms, installations and evening receptions, following your brand’s programme across Milan.

Milan during Fuorisalone 2024: showrooms and visitors in the Archiproducts assignment.

I document your project through its setting and the connections it creates. Wider views, details and photographs of people come together in a selection for your press office, social media and company website.

Your project and its presence in the city

Showrooms and installations

I photograph the spaces, products and design details that give your initiative its identity. We agree on the priority views to show the project and how visitors experience it.

Presentations and receptions

I follow guest arrivals, talks, conversations and the moments in the programme. The photographs capture the atmosphere of the gathering and the people who bring it to life.

Your brand and its audience

When the initiative extends into the city, I document the brand’s presence among shopfronts, streets and people. Visitors stopping, looking and taking part add another dimension to the photographs of the space and products.

Two projects during Milan Design Week

Archiproducts across Milan’s showrooms and streets

My 2024 Archiproducts reportage also followed the project through the city: the Design Selection, stops outside showrooms, yellow bags among visitors and interaction with the campaign through a QR code. The photographs connect the brand’s presence with places and participation.

An event at Villa Pestarini

During Milan Design Week 2026, I photographed an event at Villa Pestarini, following guests between the interiors and the garden. The staircase, furnishings and views towards the greenery provide a setting for the conversations and the evening.

In this project, architecture and relationships are part of the same story. Photographs of the spaces sit alongside gestures, encounters and moments shared by guests.

From the brief to image delivery

Before the shoot, we agree on what to photograph, which moments to cover and how you plan to use the images. We define the coverage, priorities and deadlines around the event programme and your communications needs.

  • Preview images by the same night. You will receive an initial selection of preview images by the night of the shoot, ready for use on social media and with the press.
  • The full edited selection within one week. You will receive the full edited selection within one week of the end of the agreed photography coverage. For assignments spanning several days, this period starts when the agreed coverage ends.
  • Urgent delivery by arrangement. If you have an earlier deadline, we can agree on urgent delivery. The timing, images required and conditions will be set out in the quote.

The number of preview images and images in the full selection, file formats, usage terms and any expenses are agreed in the brief or quote. Briefing and coordination are available in English or Italian.

Questions about photography at Fuorisalone

Can you photograph the installation and products too?

Yes. The brief defines the photographs of the spaces and products to include alongside the event reportage. Shooting times are agreed around the programme, the light and the actual conditions at the venue.

Can you cover an evening event?

Yes. We can arrange coverage of an evening presentation or reception. Let me know the planned times and the moments to cover, together with your image deadlines.

Tell me about your Fuorisalone event

Let me know the brand or agency, the date, the venue and the planned times. Include a short description of the project, the moments to photograph and your social media and press deadlines. If several venues or appointments are involved, please share the programme.

We will discuss the programme, coverage and delivery. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Frequently asked questions about trade show photography

Can I receive preview photographs for press and social media during the trade show?

You will receive an initial preview selection by the night of the shoot, for prompt use on social media and with the press. We agree on priority images, the number of previews and intended uses in the brief. If you need to publish earlier, we can discuss an urgent delivery.

Can we arrange an urgent delivery during the day?

We can agree on an earlier delivery for a press release, presentation or social media post. This needs to be arranged before the shoot: we review the deadline, the images required and how the coverage will be organised. Delivery times and conditions are set out in the quote.

When will I receive the complete selection of photographs?

You will receive the complete edited selection within one week of the end of the agreed photography coverage. For assignments spanning several days, that period starts on the final day of coverage. Any interim deliveries or earlier deadlines are agreed separately.

Can you cover a trade show over several days?

Coverage can span one or several days, with timings and priorities based on the trade show programme. We can divide the work between stand photographs, meetings, demonstrations and appointments with guests or clients. Preview requirements and any interim deliveries are also agreed in the brief.

Can several photographers cover a complex event?

If the programme includes simultaneous activities, several stands or different venues, we can consider a team of photographers. Team size and availability are determined from the brief. We agree on coverage, priorities and coordination so each photographer knows which moments and subjects to follow.

Can I also request a video with a videographer from the studio?

On request, we can discuss photography and video coverage with a videographer from the studio, depending on the project and availability. The brief defines the content required, such as stand footage, interviews or social media videos. Video formats, editing and delivery times are agreed separately from the photographs.

Which aspects of our stand and trade show participation can you photograph?

Coverage can include stand design, products, details, the team, demonstrations, visitor interactions and activities in your company programme. Before the show, we set priorities according to how the images will be used: documenting the stand, corporate communications, press or social media. Any appointments outside the exhibition venue also need to be included in the agreed programme.

Can you photograph several stands for a stand builder or agency?

We can plan a route between several stands, taking halls, distances, timings and priorities into account. To prepare the shoot, I need a list of stands, their locations and any access restrictions. If activities overlap, we can consider coverage over several days or with several photographers.

Does the stand have to be photographed before the show opens to visitors?

No. Where access is permitted, photographing before opening can help document the stand without visitors. During opening hours, we can show the stand in use. The choice depends on the images you need, the time available and the trade show’s access arrangements.

How many photographs will I receive, and how can I use them?

The number of previews and final images is agreed in the brief or quote, together with formats and usage terms. Let me know whether the photographs are for a website, social media, press, advertising campaigns or communications by partners and clients: this helps define the delivery and intended uses.

Can you coordinate with an international team?

Briefing and coordination are available in English or Italian. Before the show, we can agree on an operational contact, priority shots and communication deadlines so the coverage fits the work of your company team, agency or press office.

What information do you need for a trade show photography quote?

Please include the trade show, dates, venue, number and location of stands, and the length of coverage required. Add the moments to cover, intended image uses and delivery deadlines. Mention any simultaneous activities, video requirements or need for several photographers so the proposal can reflect your programme.
