An event at Franco Albini’s villa

During Milan Design Week 2026, I photographed the event at Villa Pestarini in Milan as the official photographer for the evening. My coverage follows guests through the interiors and garden: arrivals, encounters, catering service and speeches throughout the event.

Franco Albini’s villa on Via Mogadiscio opened to the public for Alcova from 20 to 26 April 2026. This context connects Milan’s architectural heritage with contemporary design. The photographs in this gallery document the event held during that week.

People, architecture and atmosphere

I combined views of the interiors, candid portraits and reception details. The staircase, furnishings and openings towards the garden frame the encounters; glasses, gestures and conversations convey the rhythm of the evening. The story then moves to speeches and audience reactions, showing both speakers and participants.

At a design event, the venue is part of the project’s identity. My photography brings together the space and the people in it, creating a coherent selection that tells the story beyond the event itself.

Design event photography in Milan

This work reflects my approach to event coverage for agencies, organisers, brands and cultural organisations: attention to the venue, relationships and key moments. I photograph Fuorisalone events, presentations, openings and corporate gatherings in Milan.

If you are planning an event, get in touch with the date, venue, duration and intended use of the images. I will help you define the photographic coverage and the moments to highlight.
