The second Oasi Life Experience selection tells the story through gestures: hands finishing a dish, the sequence of courses, wine and encounters with guests. The work of those preparing and serving becomes a visible part of the evening.

The setting is Casa Lombardia 2026, the programme of gatherings and hospitality associated with the Winter Games. Dinners with Michelin-starred chefs at the Belvedere, on the 39th floor of Palazzo Lombardia, bring fine dining to a panoramic space overlooking Milan.

Photographing a chef-led dining experience

During a live food shoot, the kitchen sets the pace. I look for images that convey care and precision while keeping each dish connected to the occasion. Preparation, service and guest participation together shape the sequence.

This approach suits chef-led dinners, tastings and events for restaurants and food brands. Before the event, I agree with the organisers on the stages to photograph and their communications needs.
