On 6 October 2026, the Laurus Labs stand at Fiera Milano Rho brings together people from different countries. CPHI Milan gathers the international pharmaceutical industry from 6 to 8 October. For the Indian company, the day unfolds through appointments, welcomes and conversations at stand 10C25.
Branding, illuminated surfaces, wood and greenery define the space. At first, the tables and seating tell its story. Then people arrive, and the stand becomes the setting for handshakes, introductions and business meetings.
I photograph these transitions through wider views and closer details. I look for the relationship between the brand and the people representing it, between a space designed for the exhibition and the way it is used throughout the day.
A handshake, a glance across the table, laughter during a break. The story of Laurus Labs at CPHI also lives in these brief gestures, revealing the human side of a professional occasion.
I follow conversations and welcomes without interrupting them. Candid portraits and wider scenes bring the team, guests and activity at the stand into the same story.
The day continues in Milan with drinks, dinner and live performances. Light and surroundings change: from meeting tables at the exhibition to the terrace, from the dinner room to the stage, with colourful costumes, applause and audience participation.
I keep following people through quiet conversations and livelier moments. The evening completes the reportage: a different atmosphere, the same company and the relationships formed throughout the day.
This work combines exhibition stand photography, B2B meetings and a corporate evening. I photograph exhibitors at Fiera Milano Rho, conferences and corporate events in Milan, capturing stand design, teams and people for company communications. Let’s talk about your next event.
